Knife Universal Sputnik "Vestovsky" with a saw and a length of 270 mm, is designed for use in non-uniform hardness cutting products. The design of the blade corresponds to its purpose. The universal blade has a teardrop shape, which in combination with serreytornoy (gear) sharpening enables easy and accurate as the cut crumb and crust of hard bread, cut a cake or cupcake. The blade is made of stainless steel AISI 420, which corresponds to the native chromium alloyed steel 40X13 having high wear resistance, good corrosion and oxidation resistance, high toughness and ductility. The handle of the knife has a comfortable concave shape, made of oak wood impregnated with a protective water-repellent composition, and varnished.
